Marley Farms was founded by the late Arthur McKague and is now run by his son Steven. In the very beginning every small square bale of hay was loaded by hand on the truck for delivery. Fast forward to today and Marley Farms now is able to ship anywhere in the United States and around the world.

The bulk of our hay supply to the US market is the traditional small square bundles of 21 bales. Large square bales and single compressed bundles of 24 bales make up the rest. For overseas markets, bales are double compressed and transported in shipping containers.

We have built up a reputation of being dependable suppliers of premium hay products. All our hay is packaged for efficient loading, transport and unloading to keep everyone’s labour costs to a minimum.

Our premium hay products are available in different mixes of Timothy, Orchard and Alfalfa. A consultation with you will be necessary to see which mix you prefer for your animals. Give us a call and Steve would be happy to chat with you!

Dr. Marilyn (Marley) McKague

Marley Farms is a third generation family farm that has been in the family for more than a century. Arthur McKague met Marilyn (Marley) Pegelo at a 4-H beef competition where they were both showing their prize cattle at the Bruce County fair. They dated, fell in love, and later got married while Marilyn was still in medical school. They had two children, Kevin and Steven, but tragically less than 2 years later, Dr. Marilyn McKague passed away after a hard fought battle with breast cancer.

Marley Farms focuses on producing and contracting premium hay products for local and international markets. Honesty, integrity and hard work are not only the pillars that Marley Farms was founded on, but proudly reflects the core values of the late Dr. Marilyn (Marley) McKague.

Our premium Non GMO Butterfly Hay products are available in different mixes of Timothy, Alfalfa and Orchard grass. They can be ordered in large square bales; traditional small square bundles of 21 bales; and cubes of 24 single compressed bales.
